Announcement artists Glasblazers Night of the Koemarkt 2003

The 7th edition of the GNOTK will take place on Saturday 28 June. The international well known singer Petra Berger is one of the great soloists to perform. Ferry van Leeuwen is back after his great performance on the edition of 2002. He will also sing some duets with songfestival-participant Marlayne (Give me one good Reason). For the "party-repertoire" we contracted Pierre Kartner, his many times translated evergreen "The small café at the Harbour" will be performed in the Frisian language together with De Glasblazers. Hardware percussion from Leeuwarden shall give a spectacular percussionshow.

Of course the accompaniment is again in hands of brassband "Pro Rege", the choir "Fean Fine" and the "Frisian Star Band", this time with the following musicians: Hubert Heeringa - Saxes and EWI, Peter van der Zwaag - piano, Riemer Monsma - guitar, Jan van Olphen - Bassguitar and Sietse Huisman - drums. When the program is ready I will try to make the arrangements with the biggest care and again try to prepare a great evening together with the organization and all participants!!

Soon you can find more information on the site: http://www.deglasblazers.nl/nightofthekoemarkt.htm
